Steps:

  • Click on PC or MAC Support Button.
  • You will be prompted to DOWNLOAD our remote support application.
  • Click SAVE. You will see one of these at the BOTTOM of your browser window.

  • Once the application is SAVED Double click to RUN, it may ask you for permission – Click YES.
  • Next a 4 digit Share Password will automatically generate.
  • Contact us with this number. as shown below:
